Return Policy
All products purchased on https://Irusu.co.in can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Free Return Pickups :
Terms and Conditions
1. The free return pickups are valid for Fedex serviced Pincodes.(Currently due to COVID-19 the Free Return Pick up service is not available,In case if customer wants to return the product he can return through courier and we will pay Rs.120 for return charges.
2. Incase of non-serviceable pincodes, we can provide a refundable courier fee not exceeding Rs.120 and customer has to ship the product on their own and share us the tracking ID. The courier fee will be refundable only after receiving the product.
3. User damaged or mishandled products are not qualified for complete refund either on product or courier fees. In such cases our support team will get in contact with respective customer and will resolve the issue.
4. The free return window is valid only for 7 days after delivery.
5. Product replacements are entitled for only once within 7 days of delivery.
6. Company has the complete right to modify or terminate the offers without any prior notice.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Email us your details along with the order ID and return reason. The product needs to be returned only if you get an email confirmation or confirmation through a call.

After receiving the product our testing team will verify, approve and process the refund.
Cancel My Order
If you want to cancel your order it needs to be canceled with 2 hours of placing your order or else you won’t be able to cancel your order. Please submit your request below to cancel your order.
Replacement Policy
All products purchased on https://Irusu.co.in can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date for replacement of the product.
Return Courier Charges need to borne by customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase.
If there is any manufacturing defect, we will provide Rs.120 rupees for the return courier.

Refund method
After receiving the product, we will inspect it and notify you.
We will also communicate the status of your refund after the inspection.
After approval, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
We will refund the amount within 7 working days to the original method of payment.
All accessories and items that you received along with the product should be returned together.
