Free Return Pickups :
Terms and Conditions
1. The free return pickups are valid for FedEx serviced Pincodes.(Currently due to COVID-19 the Free Return Pick up service is not available, In case if the customer wants to return the product he can return through courier and we will pay Rs.120 for return charges.
2. In case of non-serviceable pin codes, we can provide a refundable courier fee not exceeding Rs.120 and the customer has to ship the product on their own and share us the tracking ID. The courier fee will be refundable only after receiving the product.
3. User damaged or mishandled products are not qualified for a complete refund either on product or courier fees. In such cases, our support team will get in contact with the respective customer and will resolve the issue.
4. The free return window is valid only for 7 days after delivery.
5. Product replacements are entitled to only once within 7 days of delivery.
6. Company has the complete right to modify or terminate the offers without any prior notice.

Membership Eligibility
Use of the Irusu Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. If a product offered by irusu.co.in itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Pricing/Typographical error
Pricing on the product is as it shows, however due to any technical issue, typographical error or product information received from our suppliers’ prices of the product may vary. irusu.co.in will try to be accurate, however if you come across any difference in pricing on irusu.co.in for both pre and post orders, we request you to contact us within 72 (Seventy Two) hours of placing your order. irusu.co.in shall then refund the difference amount within 1015 business days of intimation.
The mode of refund will be the same as at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery (CoD) order refunds will be paid by Cheque only. If irusu.co.in comes across any such difference in pricing, it has all the rights to rectify the same or cancel the order.

RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 7 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY,
AND ARE SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
You can return a product/s in case of any defect found in the product. There is a free return pickup service. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused. It should be in the original packaging accompanied with the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued based on return eligibility.
Refunds will be issued for the entire product/s or product sets and not on part/s of the product. Refunds are only offered for the product/s sold by irusu.co.in ONLY. Apart from the condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return: Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product; Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
Any product without a valid, readable, tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number; Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original
packaging.

Free Return Pickups :
Terms and Conditions
1. The free return pickups are valid for FedEx serviced Pincodes.
2. Incase of non-serviceable pincodes, we can provide a refundable courier fee not exceeding Rs.120 and the customer has to ship the product on their own and share us the tracking ID. The courier fee will be refundable only after receiving the product.
3. User damaged or mishandled products are not qualified for a complete refund either on product or courier fees. In such cases, our support team will get in contact with a respective customer and will resolve the issue.
4. The free return window is valid only for 7 days after delivery.
5. Product replacements are entitled to only once within 7 days of delivery.
6. Company has the complete right to modify or terminate the offers without any prior notice.
Cancellation of order
irusu.co.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under a situation where irusu.co.in is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/canceled does not comply with the irusu.co.in policy or for any other reason. However, irusu.co.in will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so canceled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL irusu.co.in BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT,
EVEN IF irusu.co.in HAS BEEN INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
