ROLE - Business Development Executive
As an Account Manager, you would take ownership of the entire sales cycle from the point of Lead qualification to Sales closure and Account Management across region.
Your role would involve Solution Design, Value proposition, Negotiation, Project Contract Management, Account Relationship Management, and Account Mining.
Your responsibilities would include
- Pitch the Company’s Profile and Offerings to prospects
- Identify pain points of Prospects and propose solutions
- Draft detailed Techno-Commercial Proposals
- Manage Financial and Scope Negotiations
- Coordinate NDAs, Enterprise vendor registrations, Service Liability Agreements etc.
- Act as Customer’s Advocate to the Internal team throughout the customer journey
- Consultative Account Mining – Always on a journey of understanding more pain points of the client that we can solve.
- Has highly developed all-round interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
- Competent IT skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sutie
- Programs and social networking tools. Experience of any Sales CRM would be preferred, but not essential
